Baby Benjamin came to visit me on a day last week. He was so cute while he was here. I photographed him in his diaper and his Milwaukee Brewers outfit too. He was a lot of fun. I loved all of his smiles and cooing. His older sister is Mommy's little helper. I can't wait to see Benjamin at his 6 month session.

Senior Portrait Tips
Our High School Senior sessions are just about to start at our studio. Here are some tips to help your session go smoothly. These tips will also make you look awesome in your final portraits. If you have further questions please call the studio.
CLOTHING
- Try to bring clothes in mostly solid colors, they look best and hold up over time.
- Darker colors minimize body size and have a slimming effect.
- Avoid stripes and bold plaids, they do not photography well.
- Bring a variety of colors and styles. Don’t bring 5 short sleeve shirts in 5 different colors. Bring something formal, something casual, something that is you etc.
- Bring appropriate foot wear. Bring matching shoes to go with each outfit. Boots, sneakers, sandals, dress shoes etc.
- Plan each clothing change from head to toe. We will photograph you full length, ¾ length and close up in each outfit. Dress accordingly.
- Bring your own music! We have an Ipod doc and Ron loves to crank up the camera room stereo while he is working with seniors.
SKIN
o Guys, make sure you are clean shaven, we don’t re-touch razor stubble.
o Pre session shave-be careful not to cut or nick yourself. If you do let us know so we can retouch it on your final portraits.
o Get a manicure and pedicure (guys too). Both of your hands and feet may show in your portraits. You want them to look their best.
o Don’t worry about a break out on the day of your session. We retouch everything in your final portraits.
HAIR
o Don’t change your hairstyle or cut your hair the day before your session. A slight trim and normal hair styling is fine around a week before your session.
o Bring your hair spray, mousse, hair gel or whatever you use to control those flyaway hairs.

Baby Leah
Baby Leah came to visit me yesterday. She was such a sweetheart. She slept the whole time she was visiting me. I love photographing newborn baby portraits. Congratulations to her Mom and Dad and her older sister, Nora. I can't wait to see how much she is going to change when I see her next at her 3 month session. Leah, like her older sister, is enrolled in our Watch Me Grow Baby Portrait plan. I can't wait to photograph Leah and Nora together too!

Dance Team Group Portrait
A few weeks ago I had the privilege to photograph the Milwaukee Lutheran High School Dance Team.We had 18 girls here in the studio. I have never seen so much make up and hair product everywhere. I photographed each of the girls separately in different poses and then combined them into the group portrait you see here. It was a lot of fun to meet and photograph everyone. I think the end result turned out quite well. Thank you everybody!

5 Reasons Why
5 Reasons why you should have your children photographed at Wimmer Photography.
1. Ron loves kids. He is a father of two. He loves kids of all ages whether it’s a newborn baby, a shy two year old or a 4 year old who won’t sit still. Ron finds a way to connect with them and comes away with great images.
2. No waiting! That’s right we don’t have a lobby full of people waiting to get into the camera room. We allow a complete hour when we schedule your children’s session. We schedule only one client per hour. Longer if you have a newborn that might need to be fed and diapered. You are never rushed.
3. Ron has years of training. Ron attends several professional seminars a year to keep his knowledge and skills current. Ron is a long time member of the Professional Photographer’s Association and a member of United Professional Portrait Photographer’s Association. Along with his experience handling different personalities from behind the camera, Ron simply knows what will work and what doesn’t.
4. When we book your session we always ask, “When is your child at his or her best during the day.” That is the time of day when Ron wants to photograph your child. We never want a child to miss a feeding or a nap.
5. Your portraits will not look like everyone else’s. Ron wants to create a custom piece of art for you to hang on your wall at home. Ron strives to make everyone’s portraits different and unique.
If you are truly looking for something different and unique please give us a call at 414.258.2700
